1. The Overview section provides the context in which the consultations occurred.
2.. The Consultation Highlights section contains areas of consensus and points that were frequently raised throughout the process.
3.. The Resposes to Consultation Response Form section is an analysis of the information contained in the completed Response Forms submitted to the Department of Education.
